Purple Drive Solution is Hiring an IT Operations Analyst Near Manhattan, NY
Support regional requirements for Voice Services.
Address local L1 & L2 issues.
Local support for voice services, including IPC, Movius, carrier services, voice recording and Cisco telephony.
Support with MACD and Project activities.
L2 Switching, L3 Routing, OSPF, BGP, Redistribution, Multicast IGMP, PIM,
Ability to tshoot network incidents
Workstation moves, adds and changes.
Highly motivated, energetic with great communication skills
Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environment.
Regular working hours vary between 6:30am – 6:00pm EST.
Knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices and Trading desktop applications
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365 suite
Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially Citrix, RAS and RAPs
ITIL knowledge is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
